A phablet is smaller than a laptop with a screen size ranging from 5.0 to 6.9 inches.  It is designed to bring together the functionalities of a tablet and a smartphone to eliminate the need of carrying two devices. Its larger screen with a slim body brings advantage for screen-intensive activities like multimedia viewing or mobile web. Some units like the Samsung Galaxy Note includes a software optimized for a vital self-storing stylus to facilitate sketching, writing notes just like writing to your paper planner. You can also do multiple tasks on the same screen at the same time with no screen transitions.

This two-in- one device delivers and suits exactly what you need when travelling. It has become a famous mobility device because of its elegance and convenience. Furthermore, it would be easy on the pocket to buy one device with dual purpose rather than buying two devices.

  1. I love how so convenient and easy things are now. I’ll definitely be picking up my own phablet soon!

  2. I’m not sure how using a device that big as a phone is convenient. I do like that you can do multiple things at once.

  3. I do like that it combines everything in one, but it’s much to big for me to carry everywhere. I’d prefer my phone when I need my phone, laptop for work, and tablet to sit and read with in bed. I don’t really need a combination.
